Under no circumstances will the Tours La Fortuna team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if the North Adventures Costa Rica team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials on this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume the costs thereof.

Tours La Fortuna will not be responsible for any results that may occur during the course of using our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.

License

Tours La Fortuna  grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to download, install and use the platform strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Tours La fortuna  (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Tours La Fortuna ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the provider of the Tours La Fortuna website and the services accessible from the Tours la Fortuna  website (collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Tours La Fortuna”).

• Device: any device connected to the Internet, such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Tour la fortuna and use the services.

• Service: refers to the service provided by Tour la fortuna  as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

• Third Parties: Refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may be of interest to you.

Payment

If you pay for any of our one-time payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account for the Service in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time each fee or charge is due and payable. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card account, and you should refer to that agreement and not these Terms to determine your rights and responsibilities with respect to your Payment Provider. By providing  Tours La Fortuna with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that  Tours La Fortuna is authorized to verify the information immediately and, subsequently, bill your account for all fees and charges due and payable to  Tours La Fortuna  hereunder and that no further notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify Tours La Fortuna of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder.  Tours La Fortuna reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately after publication on our Site or by email to the administrator of your organization.

Any attorney’s fees, court costs or other costs incurred in the collection of undisputed delinquent amounts will be your responsibility and will be paid by you.

No contract will exist between you and Tours La fortuna for the Service until  Tours La Fortuna Costa Rica accepts your order via confirmation email, SMS/MMS message or other appropriate means of communication.

You are responsible for any third party fees you may incur when using the Service.

Thank you for shopping at  Tours La Fortuna We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the things we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at . Tours La Fortuna We will be as brief as our attorneys allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from Tours La Fortuna, you agree to the terms along with the Tours La Fortuna Privacy Policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any good or service we provide, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any issues you are experiencing with our product.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: tourslafortuna2027@gmail.com

All cancellations must be made minimum three (3) days before the arrival date, except during the Easter season, mid-year holidays in July, Christmas and from January 1 to 12, which case must be made seven (7) days before from the date of service.

In case the client does not show up for the tour, it will be NO SHOW, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Please be aware that there is a lot of preparation and advance booking involved in order to provide a high-quality experience. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the following rules:

• No cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled more than 72 hours before the service date.

• Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled 36 hours or less before the service date.

• Cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled 35 hours or less before the service date.

• In the case of a No Show, 100% of the service will be charged.

• If the No Show is due to force majeure or illness, valid legal or medical documentation must be presented. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine whether a full or partial refund is possible. The submission of documents does not guarantee a refund.
